Control Panel ¹ - The Hepsia CP is a standard equipment only in combination with the Debian Linux OS and is added free of charge. With Hepsia you can host unmetered TLDs under one hosting account. This is realizable owing to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager tool. The other web hosting Control Panel devices, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are attainable only in combination with CentOS. As opposed to Hepsia, with them you have to use 2 separate user account logins. This is so, since cPanel and DirectAdmin do not deliver any domain registration/transfer/administration functions. If you go for Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated web hosting server, there will be no hosting Control Panel choice.

Hosted Hostnames ² - unlimited domains can be hosted with all available CP devices, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your website names under one web hosting user account. Regrettably, the cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP interfaces do not offer such function at all - there is no Domain Manager section and this is why they need 2 different logins: 1 domain name administration/billing/support account and 1 site management user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP).

OS (Operating System) ³ - you will note that the Hepsia CP is available with Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to install it on your dedicated hosting server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin Control Panel platforms operate solely with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
